Use the checklist to identify evidence and unresolved requirements before quotation or trial release. A yes/no answer should lead to a document, process explanation or agreed next step rather than a general marketing claim.

No. Resolve the answers against the buyer's approval process. Review the required evidence and trial results before releasing production or allocating recurring demand.
