Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for rapid prototyping and regular production orders. Under EXW terms, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping, customs clearance, and all associated fees once the goods have departed our premises.

Additionally, we offer Delivery At Place (DAP) by DHL Express air freight. Under DAP terms, customers are responsible for import duties and fees related to international shipping.

Customers also have the option to utilize their own shipping accounts (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS) during checkout, where applicable.
