Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for rapid prototyping and regular production orders. Under EXW terms, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping, customs clearance, and all associated fees once the goods have departed our premises.
This highly efficient and cost-effective method enables the precise creation of components and products used in a variety of communication devices, such as switches, antennas, and RF connectors. CNC machining is particularly valuable for minimizing product development costs, as it reduces material waste compared to traditional manual machining techniques.
CNC machining is a highly efficient process that minimizes setup times, accelerates turnaround times, and boosts productivity, all while maintaining high product quality. Its scalability makes it ideal for projects of any size, particularly for producing components used in the communications industry.
Precision machining guarantees exceptional accuracy and consistency in product designs, along with strict quality control for communication components. The ability to maintain tighter tolerances with minimal variation between individual pieces and production batches is essential in preventing issues such as poor video transmission, equipment failures, call interruptions, and other problems resulting from low-quality parts.
The CNC machining process offers access to high-strength materials like aluminum, brass, steel, and stainless steel, broadening the range of material options for components. Manufacturers can incorporate these materials into their designs without concerns, ensuring durability and reliability in the final products.
At TDB, we provide instant pricing and lead times for your custom parts. You get a quote and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback from our sales team by sending us your 2D drawings, 3D drawings, and specifications for your parts to contact@tdbtec.com. In most cases, we respond with a quotation within 24 business hours of receiving your Request for Quotation (RFQ). If there is any delay in providing the quote, we will promptly notify you.
Precision machining enables telecommunication manufacturers to transform various designs into physical products with enhanced design flexibility. This process allows for the customization of components to meet specialized demands, such as adapting to different weather conditions, ensuring zero-lag performance, and supporting high data volumes. As a result, precision machining empowers manufacturers to deliver more innovative and tailored solutions.
